Registering Your Firm
To start using Complyax, you must create a dedicated firm profile. This establishes your workspace and assigns you as the primary firm administrator.
1. Requesting Early Access
Currently, Complyax is in closed beta.
- Navigate to the main Complyax landing page.
- Submit a Contact Request for early access.
- Once approved by the system administrators, an onboarding invitation link will be sent to your email.
2. Onboarding Wizard Steps
When you follow the invitation link, the wizard guides you through setup:
Account Creation
Enter your name, secure password, and professional email address.
Firm Profile Details
Enter your firm name. If you have your Company Registration Number (CRN), enter it and click Fill from CRN to pull your registered office address from Companies House automatically.
Select Subscription Plan
Select a plan tier matching your firm’s client and team volume:
- Trial Plan — Instantly activates a 30-day free trial.
- Paid Plans — Select Bronze, Silver, or Gold tier depending on required capacity limits.
Direct Debit Mandate
If you selected a paid plan, you will be redirected to the secure GoCardless portal.
- Complete the direct debit mandate details.
- Once authorised, you are returned to Complyax, and your firm profile is activated.
Workspace Assignment
Upon completing the registration:
- You are redirected to your firm’s central Dashboard.
- You are automatically assigned the Firm Admin role, granting you permissions to configure integrations, invite staff, and approve compliance work.
